Buying Tickets
Buying is simple: browse our shows, select your preferred date and time, choose your seats from the interactive hall map, and complete checkout. No account needed โ just provide a valid email to receive your ticket.
Absolutely! Our interactive hall map allows you to view all available seats, different price categories, and the view from each section. Select up to 6 seats per order.
After payment confirmation, you'll receive your electronic ticket (e-ticket) as a PDF via email. The ticket contains a unique QR code โ present it at the theater entrance, printed or directly from your smartphone.
Payment & Orders
We accept payments via PayPal using the "Friends and Family" mode. After creating your order, follow the instructions to complete payment and enter the PayPal transaction ID for verification.
Yes, all payments are processed through PayPal's secure platform. We do not store any payment data on our servers. PayPal protects your financial information with end-to-end encryption.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime. Doors generally open 45 minutes prior. This gives you time to find your seat and settle in comfortably.
Theater Information
Yes, our theater is fully accessible for people with mobility disabilities. We have reserved seating and facilitated access. For specific needs, contact us in advance and we'll be happy to arrange your visit.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You can submit a request from our refunds page indicating the reason. If a show is canceled, you'll automatically receive a full refund.
There is no mandatory dress code. However, most guests prefer smart casual attire. We recommend dressing comfortably and appropriately for an evening out.

Yes, small bags and backpacks are allowed. Oversized bags may need to be checked at the cloakroom. For security purposes, a visual check may be conducted at entry.
Duration varies by show and is listed on the show detail page. Most shows last between 90 and 150 minutes, including any intermission.
In case of cancellation, all ticket holders will be contacted via email. You'll receive the option to transfer your booking to another date or receive a full refund.
